• Enjoy, Benefit, Contribute, Learn, Teach, Offer.........

• Judiciously 'Snip' long messages in any Reply.

• Use SUBJECT HEADINGS wisely and effectively.

• Private messages go to a private email address.

• Public responses should be CC:'d to the List.

• Do NOT send ATTACHMENTS as part of your submission to this List.

• Turn OFF HTML Coding, to avoid duplication of entire messages.
  • To do this with Netscape Communicator:
    1. Open Navigator. Pull Down EDIT Menu. Select Preferences.
    2. Expand "Mail and Newsgroups". Select Messages.
    3. Uncheck box "By Default send HTML Messages".
    4. Click on "More Options" box.
    5. Select either "Always send messages in Text", or "Always ask me what to do".
       (Do NOT select "Always send messages in Text and HTML".
    6. Click on OK. Exit Menus.
  • To do this with Internet Explorer:
    1. Open "Internet Mail".
    2. Pull Down MAIL Menu. Select "Options". Select "Send".
    3. Check "Send Messages in Plain Text".
