I believe him to be my Great Great Grandfather who resided in Oxford (On Rideau) Township. He was 61 in 1871 when he resided there & his son James KELLY was born in Burritt's Rapids--Located in Oxford Township near the Riedeaux Canal on 09,Sep.,1838. It appears that Thomas (Possibly a middle name of Francis) KELLY also had a daugher by the name of Sarah Jane KELLY, who was born in Oxford C. W. in about 1845. For some reason, James KELLY & Sarah Jane KELLY moved to Kent County (Harwich Township) where they show up on the 1871 Census. Any information that you might have would be appreciated! Howdy! Eh!

They moved to Belleville in the 1920s. Robert Laughton Webster's sister Josephine married a Walker and had a son named Earl.
