FOURRE: am interested in any information on my great great grandmother, Eliza Amanda FOURRE who was born June 3, 1845 in Sheffield. Her parents were George Gilbert Foreman FOURRE and Eliza WYMAN.
It would mean so much to me if someone might have access to birth records or ANY FOURRE or WYMAN family genealogies. Would love to share and compare!

HUFFMAN/CLAPP: Am seeking information about Conrad Huffman who married Jane Shibley in Ernestown Feb. 2, 1804. Also seeking information about Dorland L. Clapp who married Eleanor Catherine Huffman Dec. 4, 1839 in Fredericksburg. My great grandmother was Minerva Jane Clapp b. Oct. 23, 1842. She married Stephen Robinson somewhere in Ontario in 1862. I would appreciate any information about the Huffmans and Clapps.

I am searching for the descendants of my great grandfather Bruno (William) Turcotte. Bruno was born in 1835 in Pembroke, Ont. He married Maria Ange Guenard or Genore. At the time of the 1861 census in Kaladar Bruno was living in Kaladar. He is listed as Wm. Churcutte but the information given is correct as to his wife's name and his children's names and ages. At the time he had living with him an older couple, Joseph and Margaret. I do have a lot of informtion on many of his children and their families. but I am trying to find information on Joseph and Margaret. I would appreciate any information that anyone has that may assist me in my search.

OUTWATER, Joseph who died in Lennox and Addington Co. 1838. His wife was Rosanna Rikley and daughters Eugene married James Sharp, Mary married Jason Watson, Elizabeth married John Watson,Eleanor married Joseph LaFontaine, and Charity Ann married Benjamin Vandervort. I'd like to find Joseph and Rosanna's parents and location prior to 1838 and what happened to the daughters.

John W. BABCOCK born 11 mar.1834 Camden. Married 16 Dec.1858 at Arden ON to Eunice SCOTT. Who are John's parents? Was he married before? I came up dry on the 1851 Camden census. John and Eunice homesteaded in Sask in early 1900's and John died about 1922 no death record found. Thanks

Phoebe Parks, spouse Daniel Scott born abt 1816 Fredricksburgh believed to the daughter of David Parks and Dianna Woodcock. Phoebe and Daniel appear in 1851 census of Ameliasburg and the 1861 census of Kennebec. Any help find parents of either Daniel or Phoebe gratefully accepted.

I am looking for info on the family of Levi ROSE (b. ~1837, QC) and Aurillia REVOY (b. ~1839, QC). They were married about 1861 in Marmora Twp, Hastings Co. but moved to Bath, Ernestown Twp, Lennox & Addington Co.
Children: Antoine (b. 1862), Mary (b. 1863), Emile (b. 1866) & Della (b. 1871). Aurillia buried at St. John's Anglican cemetery, Bath.

I am reseraching the descendants of Nathan and Phebe (HARRIS) DURKEE (m 3 Jan 1797, St. John's Church, Ernesttown, Lennox & Addington Co.).
I have summarized the following info. from various documents and worksheets sent to me by DURKEE researcher Bernice Gunderson (berniceg@juno.com). This sketch may include inaccuracies, but at least it's a starting point to stimulate further discussion. Comments are, of course, encouraged. Bernice has been unable to determine the ancestry of this Nathan DURKEE (There were several persons of this name living at the same time in the northeastern part of the USA and the southeastern part of Canada.). Phebe (HARRIS) DURKEE was the 7th child, and only daughter, of Gilbert, Sr., and Thankful (TOWNSEND) HARRIS, who settled in Kingsbury, Washington Co., NY, prior to the Rev. War. 4 of Phebe's brothers emigrated to ON, CAN, c 1783, while the other 2 remained in the new USA. I have posted several messages with details about this HARRIS family on the HARRIS Genforum.

Looking for information to fill in the gaps of my Cronk ancestors that came from upstate NY in mid 1790s to settle first in Fredericksburg or Ernestown, but eventually most of them moved to Percy Twp in Northumberland County. However, we suspect some stayed in L&A during the 1800s. Notable names include Abraham and Mary Cronkhite, sons John, Abraham Jr., Samuel, Jacob, Nicholas. All sons were born between 1785 and 1800. John may have married, Abraham married Elizabeth McGrath in Kingston (1806), Samuel married Catherine, Jacob married Elsie, Nicholas married Elizabeth (Walker?--1st marriage) and Marjory Peebles (second marriage).
